EMMC invites all EMMC Full Members (Individual and Organisations) to the next EMMC Full Members Assembly on Friday 9^th February from 10-12 CET online.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide further details about the changes in EMMC Governance and Operations, discuss the way we run, update and improve Focus Areas, discuss recent developments in the AMI2030 and proposed IM4EU partnership, collaboration of EMMC related projects and initiatives as well as events for 2024, also in relation to the 10-year EMMC (and 5 year EMMC ASBL) anniversary.

1. EMMC Governance and Operations
   • Explain and discuss changes including the proposed Delivery Committee
2. Focus Areas: updating Focus Area topics and leadership renewal
   • Focus Areas themes: should they be organised by “Means/Methodologies” (e.g. Digitalisation and Interoperability, Model Development) or by “Ends/Goals” (e.g. Sustainability, Energy solutions)
   • Focus Area leadership renewal, elections
   • Info on review of Task Groups
3. AMI2030/IM4EU
   • Update including SRIA (Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda)
