MatCHMaker workshop

on “Data Life Cycles in the World of Materials Modelling and Characterisation”
MatCHMaker @ EMMC 2025 | Satellite Workshop | APR 7, 2025 | TU Wien, Vienna (AT) | on-site event
The projects MatCHMaker, and its sister projects AddMorePower, AID4GREENEST, CoBrain, D-Standart and KNOWSKITE-X will provide their approaches, and issues with each of the stages of the Data Life Cycle, and discuss future developments for improvement and best practice for how they may plan, acquire, process, analyse, preserve, and share their data.
Representants of the projects will provide short talks and introduce briefly how they tackle their respective Data Live Cycles, i.e., planning, acquiring, processing, analysing, preserving, and sharing.
The on-site participation in the open MatChMaker Workshop on April 7, 2025 is free of costs.
Outcomes
- Tackling problems, pain points and bottlenecks of Data Life Cycles
- Work on the transferability of workflows/methodologies between projects
- Elucidate the actual impact such Data Life Cycles have for the industrial beneficiaries in the respective projects.
The outcomes of the workshop will be presented within Session 2 – Integration of Modelling and Characterisation (Driving Innovation and Sustainability in Advanced Materials) at the EMMC 2025 International Workshop on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
You are welcome to participate!
Participants of the MatCHMaker Workshop benefit from the reduced registration fee of Euro 400,– (excl. VAT) when joining the EMMC 2025 (Apr 8-10, 2025).
