Final preparation of the EMMO 1.0.0 release

The reference level of EMMO https://w3id.org/emmo/reference/ is now ready for final review before the 1.0.0 release.We welcome feedback and corrections.For now we have frozen the release candidate rc3 and will incorporate the final changes in to the 1.0.0 release. Comments can be provided as GitHub issues.
