Registration

For registration at EMMC 2027, you need to log in to your EMMC account. If you do not yet have an account, please register. EMMC Associate Membership is free and will provide you with access to all workshop communications, EMMC Community etc.

Reduced rates for EMMC Full Members (Full Individual and Organisational Members) are available when you are logged in with the relevant membership account.

The registration fee for in presence participation on 20-22 April, 2027 includes Plenary, Regular and Poster Sessions, visit of the EMMC 2027 Exhibition, all coffee breaks, lunches and the networking event in the evening of the first day.

Speakers

If you have no EMMC membership so far, we kindly ask you to register as Associated Member first. You will then receive the “Speakers” registration link for the EMMC 2027 via email.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your workshop registration order, you must notify EMMC of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:


Date Condition
Registration cancellation by March 1, 2027: Registration fee paid will be refunded in full
Registration cancellation made March 2 – April 1, 2027: Individuals registered as professionals will receive a refund of the registration fees paid, less an administrative fee of € 150
Registration cancellation made on or after April 2, 2027: Refund requests will not be honored from this date
