
Introduction
EMMC FA Community & Policy will host a brokerage event on Wednesday, 11 February, 2026 | 10:00-13:00 CET, for the upcoming Work Programme 2026-2027 of Horizon Europe. The timescale from publication to proposal submission will be – as always – quite short.
EMMC Organisational members offer competences
In order to support collaborations, EMMC is organising this brokerage event to enable EMMC organisational members to offer their competences in the fields of likely call topics. Please be specific about the call you are interested in and let us know how your competence would address that.
All other EMMC members can offer project ideas
The event will also be open to EMMC associated and EMMC full individual members and non-members, but only if offering project ideas and seeking particular competences in the fields of EMMC (modelling and characterisation, digitalisation and interoperability etc).
Event guidelines
In order to prepare the event and facilitate matchmaking, please adhere to the following procedure:
- Please register for the event on this page below
- If you would like to contribute a project idea for presentation, please fill in the pptx-template (send to contact@emmc.eu not later than FEB 9, 2026, please)
- If you would like to offer competences regarding a specific call topic, also use the pptx-template, removing not applicable sections blank (send to contact@emmc.eu not later than FEB 9, 2026, please)
- Put a sticky notes with some key points from the offer onto the online MIRO board in the relevant box, which should hopefully be self-evident.
On the day of the event, we will
- provide time for flash presentations for presentations with competences offered, followed by project ideas/competences required.
- This will be followed by a session in breakout rooms (Zoom) for different call topics to enable further discussion and matchmaking.
MiroBoard and link to WP 2026-2027
The links for the online MiroBoard and for the HE WP 2026-2027 in cluster 4 & 5 are provided to all EMMC Members below, where they can offer competences or ask for competences required for project ideas relating to a list of calls and topics which we selected as being the most relevant to our stakeholders.
