Denka Hristova-Bogaerds is a Program Area Coordinator at the Dutch Polymer Institute, where she is involved in the initiation and management of industry-driven research programs in the field of polymeric materials. She holds a PhD in Polymer Physics and has more than 20 years’ experience in research and management activities.
Denka has been involved in EMMC from its beginnings. In particular, she has taken a leading role in the EMMC efforts on Translation and establishing the role of Translator.
Since 2020 she serves on the Board of Directors of EMMC ASBL.
