Ontologies and chemistry
The Royal Society of Chemistry has developed a number of open-source ontologies for annotating chemical experiments both in organic chemistry, the Name Reaction Ontology (RXNO)1 and in analytical chemistry, the Chemical Methods Ontology (CHMO).2
In this talk we describe the methodologies used to develop them, how they have been deployed and how you can take part.
