QWED Sp. z o.o.

QWED is a high-tech SME, established in 1997, pursuing two main branches of research:

• computational modelling (including electromagnetic wave interactions with materials),
• experimental characterisation of materials, in terms of electromagnetic properties.

These have led to QWED commercial products:

• QuickWave software, with hundreds of licences implemented worldwide,
• microwave resonator test-fixtures, of which 1000th unit was sold in March 2020.

QWED is active in European projects (ongoing H2020 NanoBat), which have given rise to the Open Modelling Platform, for which further collaborations are sought.
