Registration EMMC 2025

For registration at EMMC 2025, you need to log in to your EMMC account. If you do not yet have an account, please register. EMMC Associate Membership is free and will provide you with access to all workshop communications, EMMC Forum etc.

Reduced rates for EMMC Full Individual and Organisational Members are available when you are logged in with the relevant membership account.

The registration fee for in presence participation on 8-10 April, 2025 includes Plenary, Regular and Poster Sessions, visit of the EMMC 2025 Exhibition, all coffee breaks, lunches and the networking event in the evening of the first day. It also includes access to all online meeting facilities.

If you want to present a poster you additionally need to register here.

Student reduction

Due to the generous sponsorship of EPFL, we can offer 10 PhD students a reduction of € 200,00* from the registration fee.
Before registering for the workshop - just tell us why you should be one of the 10 by email to contact@emmc.eu, and come, bring your poster and network with the EMMC community!
Please note, a poster presentation is compulsory as well as a short note of recommendation by your supervisor.
*The reduced fees are € 380,00 (regular) and € 200,00 if your organisation is an EMMC organisational member, respectively.

Speakers

If you have no EMMC membership so far, we kindly ask you to register as Associated Member first. You will then receive the “Speakers” registration link for the EMMC 2025 via email.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your workshop registration order, you must notify EMMC of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:
- Registration cancellation by February 28, 2025: Registration fee paid will be refunded in full.
- Registration cancellation made March 1 – March 31, 2025: Individuals registered as professionals will receive a refund of the registration fees paid, less an administrative fee of € 150.
- Registration cancellation made on or after April 1, 2025: Refund requests will not be honored from this date
