Horizon Europe Workprogram 2025 | EMMC Brokerage Event

EMMC will host a brokerage event for the upcoming Work Programme 2025 of Horizon Europe.

Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025 is in advanced draft stage. The timescale from publication in the spring to proposal submission in September will be quite short.

In order to support collaborations, EMMC is organising a brokerage event to enable EMMC organisational members to offer their competences in the fields of likely call topics.

The event will also be open to EMMC associated and EMMC full individual members and non-members, but only if offering project ideas and seeking particular competences in the fields of EMMC (modelling and characterisation, digitalisation and interoperability etc).

We have put together an online board (details see below) where you can offer competences relating to a list of topics which we have selected as being the most relevant to our stakeholders. We also advise you to ask your respective National Contact Points for a draft of the Work Programme 2025 for Cluster IV, Digital Industry and Space since we are not allowed to share draft call texts.

Meeting policies for participating EMMC members and non-members

In order to prepare the event and facilitate matchmaking, please adhere to the following procedure:

1. Please register for the event below!
2. If you would like to contribute a project idea for presentation, please fill in the attached ppt template
3. Put a sticky notes with some key points onto an online board we prepared (see link below) in the relevant box, which should hopefully be self-evident.

On the day of the event, we will

1. Provide time for flash presentations for project ideas, followed by presentations with competences offered by EMMC Organisational Members.
2. This will be followed by a session in breakout rooms (Airmeet Tables) for different call topics to enable further discussion and matchmaking.
