He is also affiliated with multiple research institutions in Japan, including Rikkyo University and Osaka University.
He is responsible for the promotion and development of the multiscale simulation software J-OCTA while continuing his academic research.
Latest topics of J-OCTA, multiscale simulation and data science
J-OCTA is a multi-scale simulation software designed for the research and development of a wide range of high-performance materials, including resins, rubbers, nanocomposites, thin films, inks, and batteries, as well as applications in life sciences such as drug discovery and pharmaceutical formulation. It enables property predictions from the atomic to the micrometer scale.
Additionally, J-OCTA provides a common platform for integrating simulators across different scales and incorporating data science functions, facilitating advanced research and development.
In this presentation, we will introduce the latest functional advancements in J-OCTA, with a focus on the integration of data science and simulation, as well as multiscale technology. Additionally, recent research cases utilizing J-OCTA will be presented.
